Delft Haven I Condominium (Unit 9).
A 945-square-foot residence constructed in 1950, according to town records, that has been owned since 2001 by Jeffrey D. Swanson and Lucas N. Garofalo. Swanson, who holds an M.F.A. in industrial design from the University of Illinois, is a principal in Renovation Planning of Boston.
