Longevity seems to be the watchword at No. 11, which was owned for most of the 20th century by Madeline F. Santos and her family. Edward M. Conroy (d 2015) and Frank J. Pantano of South Boston bought the property in 1999. At the time of Conroy’s death, they had been a couple for 37 years.
