Brewster 12 Unit 1.jpg

(2013)

12 Brewster Street Condominium (Unit 1).

This was built in the 1920’s as a Sears, Roebuck kit house, according to a real estate ad offering the property, “with much of the original detail restored.” (It is not, however, readily apparent which kit style 12 Brewster Street represents.) It was sold in 2007 by Richard J. and Evelyn Joy Segura to Meg Stewart and Maureen A. Wilson, who were then principals in DwellCoastal, before founding Blue Bay Real Estate. They converted the property into a two-unit condo in 2011.
