The fisherman Antone Santos (b ±1891) was living here in 1954 when he escaped serious injury in the explosion of the trawler Shamrock, under Capt. Antone C. Souza, at Monument Wharf. Sandra S. Rich converted the property into a five-unit condo in 1996.
