Eastwinds Condominium (Units A-B).
Nearly one acre in extent, Parcel 2 was by far the largest in Raymond and Matilda Souza’s Bradford Acres estate; so large that it accommodated three buildings with seven dwellings among them. This one was constructed in 1988. Barnett O. Adler created the condo in 2004.
