Bradford 164.jpg

(2013)

In condominiumized Provincetown, single houses often represent more than one tax lot. At 164 Bradford is a single tax lot that represents more than one house: three to be exact, plus the shack pictured here. The parents of Delphine Cabral (1912-2000) purchased this property in 1950 and the executor of her estate, Paul V. Benatti, and his wife, Patricia C. Benatti, own it to this day. Delphine’s parents were John Dennis (±1882-1956), a two-term selectman and longtime Cape end agent for Standard Oil, and Hilda May Dennis. Delphine married Alfred M. Cabral (1905-1987), and together they ran the Atlantic Fish Market, next door at No. 166.
