This three-unit condo (bottom photo) was developed by Victor DePoalo, who remade much of the area around West Vine Street, after he tore down a handsome Federal-style house (upper photo) that had been allowed to deteriorate terribly. The Historic District Commission approved the demolition in 2011, provided the replacement was a near-replica.
