Bradford Heights Condominium.
Aptly named, this seven-unit, pier-like structure stretches about 110 feet out from the steep hillside along the southern flank of Bradford Street. It was converted to condo ownership in 1980 by James F. Logan Jr.

What was it before it was converted to condos in 1980? I’ve heard it was once a motel.

It was only built in 1970, and when I checked the place out a few weeks ago, the listing agent with lots of history in the building told me unprompted it was a hotel before the conversion.
