Alfred Gilbert Souza (b ±1919), a truck driver, and Ruth Genevieve Souza (b ±1923), his wife, bought this property in 1955 from John I. and Mary E. King. Ruth transferred her interest to Alfred in 1971, and he sold the house seven years later. It’s now owned by William P. Hamlin and Ramon S. Alcolea.
