Anderson property | Proposed renovation.

Jay C. Anderson of Fort Lauderdale, manager of 53 Commercial Street LLC, bought the Dahill properties in 2016 for $5 million. He has proposed a substantial renovation of the waterfront cottage at No. 51, including moving it out of a mapped flood zone. Hammer Architects of Cambridge, a familiar name around Provincetown in recent years, designed the project, which is under review at the time of this writing.
