(2008)
With more than 3,000 square feet of space, this house has commanded premium prices whenever it’s come on the market, selling for more than $1 million as early as 2004. When it was owned by Wesley Scott Davenport and others, a John Kearney sculptor of a kangaroo (pictured) greeted visitors and passersby on Bradford Street. Gregory M. Shoukimas and Maureen G. Gillis of Newton, Mass., bought it in 2008.
