An interesting two-section house, reconstructed in the late 1980s, according to the Provincetown Historic Survey, this was home to Manuel Tarvis (±1895-1954), a first-generation American whose parents were both from São Miguel in the Azores. The property passed to his son, Lawrence Tarvis. It’s now owned by George A. Bex and Joseph T. Guttadauro of Norwalk, Conn., who bought it in 2006 for $620,000.
