An unusual full, screened-in front porch distinguishes this 1,377-square-foot home, built in the 1850s. It was owned from 1931 through 2009 by Warren Anthony Alexander (±1896-1957) — a fisherman, caretaker, and landscape gardener — and his heirs, including his wife, Almerinda C. Alexander (b ±1900); their daughter Barbara (Alexander) Allison (b ±1924); and her husband, William Allison (b ±1919), who was a carpenter. Jonathan A. Connor and Richard J. Dahill purchased the property in 2009.
