It’s Christmas year-round here, thanks to a signboard out front with a sweet 1950s scene of Dad stringing up outdoor decorations at No. 283. Kevin T. McLaughlin of Everett, Mass., bought the property in 2014.

Painting shows the (late) former owner Jimmy Majestic decorating the cottage. The painting was done by his friend Nancy Whorf. The inside of the house was Christmas year-round!
