Off what appears to be an alleyway next to 48½ Bradford, 48A Bradford stood until 2016, when it was demolished and replaced. The 1940 census shows the Perry family living here: James (b ±1914); his wife, Florence (b ±1912); and their daughters Jeanette (b ±1937) and Mary (b 1938). The family of Robert A. Ferreira (b 1930) — his wife, Raquel (b 1930); their daughter, Bianca (b 1950); and their son, Robert (b 1959) — owned it from 1963 until it was purchased by Robert E. Walker of New York in 2015.

Hello David. Thanks so much for your quick response. Correction on my father’s birthdate. He was born in 1939 vice 1929 as stated in write-up above. How can I send you another picture(s) of the house? Thanks again for putting my family’s old home on your site. Miss them and the house very much. BTW: I love what your doing and think it is a wonderful tribute to remember how our town has developed over the years! Bravo! Hope to stay in touch with you and maybe chat sometime.?
