This light-washed, Expressionistic attic epitomizes the appealing oddity of old apartments carved out of, tacked on to, and woven through 19th-century homes. It’s been owned since 1985 by Annique Herold, who was joined on the deed in 2015 by her spouse, Beth Greenfield.
