Fisherman’s Cove Condominium (Units B1-B4).
As part of the development of the Fisherman’s Cove complex by Joseph P. Segar in the early 1980s, a four-unit apartment building was shoehorned into the space between the main house and a beachfront cottage. A central porch serves all four apartments, arrayed around it in a broad, flat U-shape. This building replaced another cottage and a small garage. As of this writing, the owners here lived in Boston; Marblehead; Tiverton, R.I.; and Morristown, N.J.
