Two Carver Street Condominium.
The house was reputed to have been a floater, Susan Leonard told me. Until recent years, it had an unusual two-story ell on its northern side. The residents in 1962 were William H. Costa (b ±1931), a cook; John E. Thompson (b ±1920), a truck driver; and Elizabeth B. Thompson (b ±1923), a homemaker. Daniel A. Archambault and John Spazzarini created the condo in 2011.
