Captain Jack’s Wharf Condominium | Australis, Borealis, and Sunrise cabins.
These three cabins occupy a seaward extension of the northerly boat and fish house, built after 1912 and before 1919, to judge from contemporary Sanborn atlases. The owners as of 2018 lived in Kittery, Me. (Borealis); Seattle (Sunrise); and West Hartford, Ct. (Australis).
