Point Beyond Condominium.
The 8 Commercial Street parcel, composing the main house and out buildings; and three streetfront lots — Nos. 8A, 8B, and 8D — was a unified property at least through the early 1980s, under the ownership of Larry Silberhorn, proprietor of the Silberhorn’s shop at 352 Commercial Street and 359 Commercial Street, and his partner, Gary Garberson. The two-unit condo here was constructed in 1984, according to town records; a year before Edward and Dorothy A. Freitas created the condominium trust.
