Captain Lysander Condominium (Unit 2).
Timothy Harrington of Miami Beach converted 96 Commercial Street into a four-unit condo in 2003. Unit 2 is in an ell that’s existed for many years. An abstract sculpture stands on a pedestal in the yard, facing Mechanic Street. The owners of this unit since 2010 are residents of Boston.
