Delft Haven I Condominium (Unit 16).
Unit 16 is the modest face that Delft Haven presents to Commercial Street (the picturesque 10A Commercial Street is not part of the complex), though the north facade of this 1,750-square-foot unit, facing the common driveway, is a great deal more prepossessing. Town records state that it was constructed in 1950. Brian Burr of San Francisco has owned it since 2013.
