Main house.
What looks at first to be the manor house of Delft Haven I is, in fact, part of a completely separate property. The 0.84-acre lot is an elongated polygon, stretching all the way to 23 Point Street, that looks as if it came out of a gerrymandering committee. The main house was constructed in 1991, according to town records. This may have been the home of Peter Leo Boyle II (±1945-2002), who converted Delft Haven into a condominium and owned the Anchor Inn, 175 Commercial Street. The property has been owned since 2014 by 10R Commercial Street LLC, whose managers are Lyn A. Plummer and Maria A. Cirino. Plummer and Cirino are also partners, with Elizabeth Barbeau, in Dol-Fin Development LLC, a real-estate concern based at this address.
