Phebe (Hopkins) Nickerson (1764-1843).
Three generations — at least — of Phebes: Phebe Hopkins was born in Harwich to Phebe (Clark) Hopkins and Nathan Hopkins. She married Seth Nickerson of Provincetown. Their daughter was Phebe (Nickerson) Cook, who died nine years before her mother. The gravestone incorporates an especially lovely willow.
