Rogers, a grocer, came to Provincetown from Fayal, in the Azores. His wife, Helen, was English. Their children were William E. Rogers, a sailor in his youth, and Freeman Rogers, both of whom wound up in California; and Salome (Rogers) Lloyd and Georgie (Rogers) Smith, both of Brookline. [Lot No. 89.]
