2020 Commercial 048-01

(2008)

48 Commercial Street Condominium.

Known as the Renaissance Apartments when it was owned from 1976 to 1998 by J. Edward “J” LaVelle and Raffaello LaMantia, this property was acquired in 2001 by Adam Schoenhardt of Boston. He turned it into a four-unit condo in 2005. All four units are owned by out-of-towners — from Boston; Winchester (that’s the “Siren’s Cove” unit); Houston; and Cooperstown, N.Y. The abutting property, 46 Commercial Street, is still owned by LaMantia.
